Just amazing how tart a fruit can taste ! Cranberry sauce, a staple for Thanksgiving dinner,simply cuts down the richness of buttery dishes.

Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients to make Cranberry Sauce

  • Cranberry- frozen / fresh - 12 oz bag
  • water- 1 cup

How to make Cranberry Sauce

  1. Bring water to boil add cranberries and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
  2. Stir in occasionally .Until everything is mashed up.
  3. As it sits the sauce will thicken up so decide how runny u want it.
  4. When cool bottle it and refrigerate. Stay good up to 2 weeks.
  5. Serve along with butter roasted turkey or chicken. Cranberry sauce is equivalent to having a pickle with meat.

My Tip:

You could use sugar-1 cup to cut the tartness or make it more like a jam.
