ABOUT baati/bati RECIPE

No need of electric or gas oven and tandoor. Biggest thing is that easily made on glass gas top also... it is made on appa stand

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2cup atta
  2. 1tsp ajwaien
  3. 3tsp malai
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Milk as per need


  1. Take a big bowel
  2. Add salt and ajwaien and mix properly
  3. Now add malai and milk for making tight dough
  4. Rest for 10 min
  5. Again knead a dough and make a small ball for baati(appa (stand size)
  6. Put the non stick appa stand at medium flame on gas for preheat
  7. No need to greased the stand
  8. Put these small baati in it and cover with lid
  9. Make bati on low flame
  10. After 7to 8 min turn the bati and again cover it
  11. Do till bati turn in to golden colour or bake properly
  12. Dip the bati in to the ghee and serve it with dal
