Mango Kulfi

Ingredients to make Mango Kulfi

  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • Ripe mango 10
  • pistachios 10 gms, chopped
  • almond flakes 3 tbsp
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • cardamom 2

How to make Mango Kulfi

  1. Boil the milk until it becomes thick, then add sugar and cardamoms while boiling.
  2. Add cream when the milk comes to room temperature and whisk. Pour it in an air tight container and set for an hour, after this, add the pistachios and almond flakes.
  3. Scoop the mangoes and take the stone out. Pour the mixture into the mangoes and freeze it overnight.
  4. Peel the mangoes and slice it and serve.

My Tip:

Add 4 Britannia, thin, arrowroot biscuits to the milk to make the kulfi freeze properly.
