Shahi Paneer stuffed Dalia koftas

Ingredients to make Shahi Paneer stuffed Dalia koftas

  • 1/2cup paneer crumbled
  • 1 cup boiled Daliya
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • one tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Few raisins
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • one tablespoon oil( for koftas)
  • 2 tablespoon chopped onion
  • For gravy..
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 500 gram chopped tomatoes
  • one fourth of cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • one tablespoon Kitchen King powder
  • One teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk for blending
  • 1 cup milk for gravy
  • salt to taste

How to make Shahi Paneer stuffed Dalia koftas

  1. IN A WOK HEAT 2 TBSP OF OIL AND ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION
  2. WHEN ONIONS ARE TRANSPARENT ADD 1 TSP GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  3. ADD 500 GMS OF CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SAUTE TILL LITTLE MUSHY
  4. NOW ADD 1/4 CUP CASHEWS AND AGAIN SAUTE
  5. COOK COVERED TILL OIL SEPARATES
  6. TOMATOES ARE NOW MUSHY, SWITCH OFF THE GAS AND LET IT COOL DOWN
  7. NOW ADD THIS MIXTURE IN A BLENDER
  8. ADD LITTLE MILK AND MAKE A PASTE
  9. IN A WOK ADD 2 TBSP BUTTER
  10. ADD THE TOMATO PASTE AND COOK ON LOW HEAT
  11. KEEP ON ADDING 1 CUP MILK LITTLE BY LITTLE, AS PER YOUR CHOICE OF THICKNESS OF GRAVY
  12. ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO KETCHUP AND MIX
  13. ADD 1 TSP OF RED CHILLI POWDER, 1 TBSP OF KITCHEN KING POWDER
  14. ADD SALT AND STIR
  15. OUR SHAHI GRAVY IS READY, KEEP ASIDE
  16. FOR KOFTAS, ADD 1 CUP BOILED DALIA, 1 CUP BOILED POTATOES
  17. ADD FRESHLY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  18. 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONION
  19. 1 TSP GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE
  20. ADD SALT AND 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  21. 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR AND MIX
  22. MIX NICELY
  23. TAKE 1/2 CUP CRUMBLED PANEER AND ADD 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER AND SALT AND FEW RAISINS
  24. MIX AND MAKE SMALL BALLS
  25. MAKE SMALLBALLS FROM DALIA MIX AND FLATTEN THEM
  26. PLACE A PANEER BALL IN THEM AND COVER AND MAKE BALLS
  27. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL AND SHALLOW FRY KOFTAS
  28. FRY NICELY BY FLIPING TILL GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR
  29. PERFECT PANEER AND DALIA KOFTAS ARE READY
  30. PUT SHAHI GRAVY IN SERVING BOWL AND PUT KOFTAS IN IT AND SERVE HOT
