Fish fillets baked with lemon and plenty of butter

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish fillets (Basa fish) 1/2" thick 2 (150g per piece)
  2. Butter 30 g
  3. Lemon 1 small size for juice and zest
  4. Salt as required
  5. Onion powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Freshly ground black pepper
  8. Cilli flex 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Honey 1 teaspoon (optional)


  1. Take cleaned fish fillets make light slits with a knife on fillets.
  2. Rub fishes with salt pepper 1 teaspoon lemon, juice , onion and garlic powder
  3. Add 1/3 teaspoon of Lemon zest and cilli flex
  4. Rub both sides
  5. Place fishes on a baking tray put butter on the top
  6. Bake it for about 10 minutes one side at 200°C in preheated oven (preheat for 10 minutes)
  7. Then bake the other side for 10 minutes with a small lemon slice on the top
  8. Spread little honey before serving
  9. Serve hot
