Lemon Garlic Butter Baked Basa Fillets

Ingredients to make Lemon Garlic Butter Baked Basa Fillets

  • Basa fillets 4 ( 1 kg)
  • garlic crushed 2 tsp
  • lemon juice of 4 lemon.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • butter melted 3 tsp
  • Dried parsley 1 tbsp

How to make Lemon Garlic Butter Baked Basa Fillets

  1. Wash Basa fillets and pat dry properly.
  2. Preheat oven at 190 C.
  3. Apply Salt and pepper to basa fillets very carefully.
  4. Mix crushed garlic and lemon juice with melted Butter .
  5. Spray or line baking tray with aluminium foil.
  6. Arrange Basa fillets and pour lemon garlic sauce over it.
  7. Spread dried Parsley and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till brown.
  8. Enjoy with lemon butter sauce( optional I just like to finish as it is) and rice.
