The Juicy Basa Fish Fillets wrapped in Lime ginger-garlic juice marinade .Pepper sprinkle just before Microwaved to a soft delicious and light meal

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 pieces Basa Fillets (frozen)
  2. 1 medium size lemon
  3. 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/4 tspn Turmeric
  6. 1 tspn corriander powder
  7. Pepper to taste
  8. Corriander to garnish
  9. 2 carrots grated
  10. 1 cup cabbage shredded
  11. 2tblspn Mayonnaise of choice


  1. De freeze Basa Fish fillets 20minutes prior to making
  2. Now wash and squeeze out the Basa Fish Fillets lightly
  3. Mix ginger garlic paste , salt, and turmeric
  4. Squeeze lemon in the above paste add corriander powder and mix well
  5. Apply this well on both sides to the Basa Fish Fillets
  6. Sprinkle the pepper now
  7. Keep aside for 2-3 minutes
  8. Put in a microwave dish and put in Microwave oven for two minutes
  9. When the water dries up check and turn sides .
  10. Keep for 1-2 minutes more in microwave oven
  11. Garnish with corriander
  12. Serve with Grated carrots and cabbage cole slaw or salad like with Mayonnaise
