Ingredients to make Restaurant Style Paneer lajawab

  • paneer pieces in cube shape 250gm
  • oil 4 tbs
  • jeera 1 tbs
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  • Chopped red capsicum 1
  • Chopped green capsicum 1
  • Chopped yellow capsicum 1
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped onion 1
  • red chilli powder 2 tbs
  • Garam masala 1/2 tbs
  • turmeric powder 1 tbs
  • kaju paste 1 tbs
  • Amul fresh cream 1 cup
  • salt as per taste

How to make Restaurant Style Paneer lajawab

  1. Iin pan heat oil then add paneer cube and fry them on low flame till it turn slight golden from both side then remove it from flame
  2. In the same pan add onion fry them to turn slight golden
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste and tomato
  4. Cook it then add chopped tomato and all chopped tricoloured capcicum
  5. Then add all spices in it add some drop of water to avoid stickness of spices
  6. Then add fried paneer kaju paste and salt
  7. Cook it till the raw smell of spices goes on
  8. At the last add amul fresh cram cook it for 1 minute and the garnish with fresh coriandar leaves and serve hot with tandoori roti or jeera rice

My Tip:

After frying the paneer, dip it in cold water to make it soft.
