Ingredients to make Restaurant style kadai paneer

  • 250 gm paneer
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 onion
  • 5 hybrid tomato
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 tsp corriender seeds
  • 2 whole chilli
  • 1 spoon kasoori methi
  • 2 tsp kitchen king masala
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic chopped
  • 1 spoon beetroot grated
  • salt to taste
  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 Spoon cream
  • ginger julliens n corriender

How to make Restaurant style kadai paneer

  1. First boil 2 onion and tomato in little water.
  2. cut capsicum into strips.
  3. cut the paneer into fingers.
  4. make paste of boil onion and tomato.
  5. now heat oil in a pan and add coriannder seeds, chilli and kasoori methi.
  6. add ginger garlic and little grated beetroot.
  7. fry it for 2 mins.
  8. add chopped onion and fry till it changes its color to golden brown.
  9. add ground paste and all spices , salt.
  10. fry for 10 mins.
  11. add capsicum and fry till oil separates.
  12. add 2 spoon water and sugar.
  13. add paneer pieces now.
  14. cook till paneer pieces got masala .
  15. finally add coriander and cream.
  16. top with ginger julliens n corriender .
