Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. paneer 200gm
  2. oil 2 teaspoon
  3. fresh coriander leaves 1 cup
  4. 1 capsicum paste
  5. garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  6. green chili 4 chopped
  7. salt to taste
  8. Sugar 1/4 tsp
  9. Tomato paste 2 tablespoon
  10. roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Yogurt 2 teaspoon for garnishing


  1. Cut paneer in cubes, add sugar and salt. Rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry paneer until golden brown at edges
  3. Add the garlic and tomato paste and stir occasionally .Mix coriander and capsicum paste. Add salt and sugar as per taste. Mix well
  4. Add paneer and roasted cumin powder. Mix well. cook for 3 minutes. Switch off
  5. Rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with yogurt and serve hot
