Yummy pudding and easily home made desert...i used in creamy layer of pudding made from butter, and drinking chocolate/syrup.. Looks wise completely chocolaty.. And taste wise creamy, crunchy and chocolaty.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack bourbon biscuits
  2. 2-3 tbsp icing/powder sugar
  3. 1 cup Butter
  4. 1/2 cup condescend milk
  5. Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  7. Marie biscuits crumb half cup
  8. 2 tsp coffee powder(which I dissolve in half cup water to dip in biscuits)


  1. Firstly sepreate cream of all biscuits and keep aside now take a mixing bowl add butter, condescend milk and beat it with hand blender and add powder sugar and vanilla essence, chocolate syrup and beat it till smothy texture
  2. Now take a bowl (u can use baking dish also) add some Marie biscuits crumb place 2-3 bourbon biscuits(dip in to another bowl water and coffee mix) and place it on the layer now spread some butter frosting and sprinkle some Marie biscuits crumb and repeat this process 4-5 time
  3. Now on the last one top layer pour some chocolate syrup and garnish with bourbon biscuits powder
  4. Keep it on regriregater for cool down and set for 6-7 hrs in deep freezer
  5. Now take it out from freezer 6-7 hours
  6. And take out it from directly spoon and eat it and serve it
