ABOUT Vanilla Biscuit Pudding RECIPE

A delicious pudding with layers of biscuits and crunch of dry fruits and nuts

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 400 ml milk
  2. 2 to 3 tbsp custard powder( vanilla flavour)
  3. 3 tbsp Cocoa or chocolate pudding powder
  4. 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  5. Normal sugar according to your taste
  6. 1 pack biscuits (any)
  7. 3 tbsp Almonds,raisins,dates
  8. 1 tbsp Tutti frutti
  9. Banana and strawberries

Instructions

  1. For custard - Take about 200ml milk and bring to a boil.Dissolve 2 to3 tbsp custard powder in little milk and mix so that there are no lumps
  2. Pour the dissolved custard powder in milk and mix so that it thickens.Vanilla custard is ready.Keep aside.
  3. Now take 200 milk and bring to a boil. Mix cocoa with custard powder ( or you can use chocolate pudding powder) and add to milk and mix slowly until it thickens. This process should be done on low flame.
  4. Chocolate custard is ready
  5. Layering -Take a wide vessel or anything which is wide at the bottom. Place biscuits as bottom layer
  6. Pour custard on top of it so that biscuits are immersed in custard.
  7. Now top it with finely sliced almonds, dates, raisins, tutti frutti and banana slices
  8. Now place another layer of biscuits on top of it. Pour chocolate custard
  9. Again top it with dates,raisins,almonds,banana and strawberries.
  10. You may add more layers in a similar way till the ingredients are over
  11. Serve chilled.
