Ingredients to make Eggless Moist Butter Cake

  • 250 gram all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 390 gram condensed milk
  • 150 Gram Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoon water

How to make Eggless Moist Butter Cake

  1. 1. Take all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a sifter and sieve it in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. 2. In another large bowl,add condensed milk and butter.
  3. 3. Stir until well combined.
  4. 4. Add vanilla essence and continue beating.
  5. 5. Add powdered sugar in it and stir.
  6. 6. Now slowly adding the water.
  7. 7. Stir until well combined.
  8. 8. Now scoop the flour mixture spoon by spoon.
  9. 9. Mix well until the flour disappear.
  10. 10. Mix until ribbon is formed at the end of mixing.
  11. 11. Now lightly grease the sides of the baking tin.
  12. 12. Then lay parchment papers on the baking cake tin.
  13. 13. Pour in the batter gently.
  14. 14. Spread the batter evenly with the help of a spoon and tap it to release bubble.
  15. 15. Pre- heat oven at 170°C and bake it in the oven at 170° C for 50-55 minutes.
  16. 16. When done check the cake with a skewer and take it out in a plate.
  17. 17.. Let the cake cool for 15 minutes.
  18. 18. Slice and serve.

My Tip:
