Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup of rice
  2. 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  3. 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds
  4. 1/2 apple
  5. 5-6 cashew nuts
  6. 8-10 raisins
  7. 1 date cut into pieces
  8. 4 almonds cut into pieces
  9. 1/2 cup of rose petals
  10. 4 green cardamom
  11. 1small cinnamon stick
  12. 2 cloves
  13. 1/2 a spoon cumin seeds
  14. 2 table spoon sugar
  15. 1 pinch of termeric powder
  16. 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice and keep aside
  2. In a pan heat the butter and shallow fry all the dry fruits and fruits. And keep aside
  3. Add green cardamom, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves
  4. When splutter add rose petals and all fried fruits
  5. Then add cooked rice and mix it well
  6. Add 2 table spoon of sugar and a pinch of termeric powder and a pinch of salt
  7. Cover the lid and cook it, atleast for 5 minutes in low flame
  8. When the aroma spread off the gas and enjoy the delicious dish
