Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Sugar half spoon
  4. Baking powder 1tbsp
  5. Curd 1/2 cup
  6. Water as required for making dough
  7. Butter 1 tbsp
  8. Oil 2 spoon
  9. Suji 1 spoon


  1. In a bowl take all purpose flour, salt , sugar, baking powder, curd, oil,suji and mix well by the help of hand. Make dough with small water.
  2. Cover it with a moist cloth for 1 hours.
  3. Again knead the dough and start making dough balls.
  4. Take a dough balls and roll it using dust of flour.
  5. Meanwhile tawa is heated , grease the naan with water and put it on tawa.
  6. Cover the tawa for 2-3 minutes
  7. After that when you can see slight balloons like thing now flip the tawa upside down and cook the naan on direct flame .
  8. Take the naan in a plate and brush with butter.
  9. Serve it hot.
