Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1tsp active dry yeast
  2. 1cup maida
  3. 1cup Wheat flour
  4. Half cup water
  5. 1/4 cup Milk
  6. 1tsp Sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. 1 egg
  9. For topping ..butter n onion seed


  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water for 10 mins until forthy. Stir in sugar , milk,egg,salt n flour (maida +wheat ) knead it for 6 to 8 mins .until smooth... Keep it aside for rise... (1 hour)
  2. Punch down dough n knead it again. Now make golf size balls n place in a tray . Cover with towel allow it double in size... 20 (mins )
  3. During the second rising preheat the oven
  4. Now take one by one ball n roll it in thin circle.. place it in grill n cook it for 2 mins (one side) brush melted butter n sprinkle onion seeds on uncooked side .. now again cook it for 2 -3 mins .... serve hot with ur choice of gravy... njoy
