Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boiled and mashed pattato
  2. 1/2 cup finely chhoped onion
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  4. 2 tbsp finely chhoped coarinder leave
  5. 1/2 tsp garlic finely chhoped
  6. 1 tsp green chili finely chhoped
  7. 1 tbsp grated ginger
  8. 1/4 cup finely chhoped capcium
  9. 1/4 cup finely chhoped carrot
  10. Bread slice 2-3 roughly chhoped
  11. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  12. Salt according to taste
  13. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  14. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  15. 2-3 tbsp seesme seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Firstly all veggies saute a preheated pan add a little bit oil and stir for 2-3 minutes and transfer it on a mixing bowl
  2. I'm the same mixing bowl add boiled and mashed pattato add green chili, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves add garam masala, red chili powder and roughly chhoped bread slice mix well to gather
  3. Now grease your palm and make shape them as u desire I give simple round shape coated it on bread crumbs and coated some seesme seeds and keep aside
  4. Now take a heavy bottom pan and add oil and heat it now deep fried the cutlets till golden brown both side in high medium flame
  5. It's ready serve it with amchur chutney
