Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. beetroot 1
  2. carrot 3
  3. beans 1/4 cup
  4. potatoes 5
  5. rusk 4-5
  6. ginger and green chilli 1 tsp
  7. green peas 1 bowl


  1. cut all the veggies into square and pressure cook adding little salt
  2. boil potatoes and smash them
  3. add the rusk to a blender and make it to a fine powder
  4. grind ginger and chilli separately without adding water
  5. in a pan heat some oil. add the ginger and chilli paste and fry till raw smell goes
  6. now add all the veggies and smashed potatoes. add some salt and fry till it is little dry
  7. allow it to cool. make small balls out of it. dip in rusk and flatten it
  8. take a dosa pan. pour some oil. put the cutlet in pan at a medium flame
  9. fry both sides. add ghee in between for flavour
  10. serve hot with sauce
