Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups gram flour
  2. 1 pouch eno (fruit salt)
  3. a pinch Salt
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. 1/2 tbsp termuric pd
  6. 1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
  7. 1/2 Lemon juice
  8. 2 tbsp Sugar
  9. Some cury patta
  10. Some coriander leafs chopped
  11. 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  12. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add gram flour, add ginger-green chilli paste,salt, termuric powder and make batter (like idli).
  2. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  3. In a vessels add 3 cups of water and let it boil.
  4. Grease dhokla tin with oil and preheat .
  5. Now in a dhokla batter add eno and mix immediately very well and transfer into the dhokla tin.
  6. And let it steamed in medium flame.
  7. After 30 minutes check with knife or toothpick.
  8. Now prepare for tadka for which
  9. Heat tadka pan add oil then add mustard seeds,after cracked add cury patta, green chilli then add water and sugar.
  10. When sugar dissolves spread the tadka over dhokla.
  11. Khaman dhokla is ready
