Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish 100 gm
  2. Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
  4. Salt 1 tablespoon
  5. Onion chopped 25 gm
  6. Garlic cloves chopped 1 pc
  7. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  8. Green chilli paste 2 tablespoon
  9. Green chilli 1 pc
  10. Potato chopped 1 pc
  11. Mustered oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate fish with turmeric powder and red chilli powder and salt.
  2. 2. Heat mustered oil and fry all pieces of marinated fish.
  3. 3. Add chopped garlic with fish and fry it lightly.
  4. 4. Add chopped potatoes and salt.
  5. 5. Cover it for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add chopped onion and stir it until it becomes brown.
  7. 7. Add sugar and green chilli paste .
  8. 8. Stir it untill it becomes soft and smash it by spatula.
  9. 9. When oil comes out take it off from the flame.
  10. 10. It is ready to serve and garnish with green chilli.
