Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 100 g semolina
  2. 100 g gram flour (besan)
  3. 1 tbsp cardamom pd
  4. 100g sugar
  5. 100 g ghee
  6. Some dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan,add half ghee after melting add gram flour and roast until nice aroma comes out.
  2. Now put the roasted gram flour on a bowl.
  3. Now add the rest ghee and add semolina and roast until it becomes light brown and aroma comes out.
  4. Now put roasted semolina into another bowl.
  5. Now on the same pan add sugar and water and makes sugar syrup of one string.
  6. Now add roasted semolina and gram flour into the sugar syrup.
  7. Mix well then add cardamom pd and turn off the gas flame.
  8. Now stir continuous, after cooling bind all laddoos.
  9. Add dry fruits of your choice.
