Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Besan flour 2cups
  2. Sugar 2 1/2 cups
  3. Oil 1cup
  4. Ghee 1cup
  5. Water 1cup

Instructions

  1. Fry Besan flour in a pan let it get nice smell.Take it and place it in a plate
  2. Now add sugar and water to the pan and stir it until it gets 1string consistency
  3. On the other side mix oil and ghee heat it
  4. while sugar gets 1string consistency add the besan flour step by step stir it continuesly add the oil and ghee to this mixture
  5. continuesly stir it adding ghee and oil
  6. Mixture leaves the pan when it get cooked.Grease the plate with ghee and pour this mixture
  7. wait for 5mins and make shape with the knife
  8. After 10mnts cut In to pieces
