Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For kachori ::
  2. Maida 150 gms
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Azwine 1/4 tsp
  5. 1tsp oil water as per need
  6. For stuffing::
  7. Moongdall 50gms soaked 1hour
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp
  9. Haldi 1/4 tsp
  10. White jera powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Daniya powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Kashmiri mirchi powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Asfoiteda pinch
  14. Oil 1 tsp
  15. Jeera 1tsp
  16. For besin kadi ::
  17. Besin 1/4 cup
  18. Salt 1/2 tsp
  19. Haldi 1/4 tsp
  20. Lol mirchi 3
  21. Green chilli pieces 1tsp
  22. Oil 2 tsp
  23. Tadaka
  24. Curry leaves half cup
  25. Curd 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a big mouth bowl put all ingrediente for kachori doe
  2. Add azwine,salt,oil,water mix up all make soft doe
  3. Mean while for stuffing::take soaked noong dall strain water
  4. Heat the pan put oil add jeera
  5. Fri for 1 min then add all spices on to dall
  6. Mix well close lid 5 min ... flavour is binds to dall
  7. Then stuffing is ready
  8. For kadi :::take an another pan put oil add tadaka add chilli pieces.. Curry leaves
  9. Take a bowl put besin and spices
  10. Add curd mix well
  11. Pour some water mix well as without lumps..these liquid pour to tadaka
  12. Cook 5 min ...then transfer to a bowl kadi is ready
  13. Then a kachori doe stuff mood call
  14. Close it nicely make as kachori
  15. Heat oil put all stuffed kachori in a hot oil fri both sides
  16. Take a serving plate put kachori pieces and pour besin kadi on it..ready to serve
