Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan 250gm
  2. Green chilli 3
  3. Ginger chopped1/2 tsp
  4. Onion 2medium sized
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Chop onion and green chillies roughly.
  2. Roughly crush ginger.
  3. Beat besan, saltadding little water.
  4. Make a thick batter
  5. Add all ingredients with besan.
  6. Heat oil.
  7. Make round balls with the help of wet palm and fry in hot oil.
  8. Take it instant after 2-3 min.
  9. Keep all friend balls on paper napkin.
  10. Now take a bowl or glass and crush the ball a little giving pressure to it.
  11. It will become flat.
  12. Now deep fry these again.
  13. It will become super crisp
  14. Enjoy it hot.
