Condensed Milk

Add Milk and sugar to a saucepan .And Put on stove.

Keeping flame at High cook the milk sugar mixture till the milk becomes 1/4 of the milk add earlier . Remember to stir it once in 30 seconds as to cook it evenly and to stop it from over flowing out of the saucepan

When sugar and milk mixture becomes 1/4 and gets thick , add a pinch of baking soda and mix it well . Baking soda helps in preservation of condensed milk for upto a week .

After mixing baking soda evenly , Transfer the prepared condensed milk to a air tight container and store it in fridge . And use as per requirement till a week .
