Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk - half kg (full cream )
  2. Sewaiyan -50gm( thin size )
  3. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Some Dry fruits- cashew nuts, almonds, raisns , makhane.
  5. Green cardamoms-4
  6. Ghee - 2 tsp
  7. Kesar few strands
  8. Condensed milk- half cup ( home made)
  9. Ingredients for condensed milk-
  10. Milk - half kg ( full cream)
  11. Baking soda- one pinch
  12. Suger - 1 cup


  1. First of all take a pot .
  2. Put milk in the pot and boil it .
  3. Take another pot & put some ghee and roast sewaiyan and dry fruits in ghee .
  4. Now when milk will be boiled, add roasted sewaiyan and dry fruits in it and stir continue.
  5. When sewaiyan will cook properly, add suger , condensed milk and green cardamoms and cook it for few minutes .
  6. Now add kesar in it and switch the flame off .
  7. Now kesari sewaiyan is ready.
  8. Condensed milk recepie:-
  9. First of all we boil the milk in a pot .
  10. After boiling, add suger and baking soda in it and stir continue until it becomes thick upto one taar b/w first finger & thumb.
  11. Now condensed milk is ready .
