Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For bharta 2 big brinjals
  2. Green chili paste 2 tsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  4. Garlic buds 7,8
  5. Green corriander 1bowl
  6. Spring onion or onion 1 bowl
  7. Peanuts 2tsp
  8. Peanuts powder 3tsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  10. Hing 1tsp
  11. Oil 4tsp
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  14. For puris bajreka aata 3bowl
  15. Oil 2tsp for moyan
  16. Salt a pinch
  17. Sesame seeds 4tsp
  18. Oil 200 for deep frying puris

Instructions

  1. First spread oil on brinjal and make cuts with knife then roast it directly on flame
  2. Let it cool and take peels out and smash it make all preparation like this
  3. Heat oil add cumin seeds when sputter add hing, peanuts .Roast it then add onion saute it for 4 minutes add green chili paste,ginger garlic paste and saute for 3 minutes Add turmeric, peanuts Powder mix well
  4. Add smashed brinjal mix well
  5. Now put lid and cook for 5 minutes take it down add corriander
  6. Take Bajra flour add a pinch salt,sesame seeds,hot 2tsp oil,mix well
  7. Knead the dough and rest it for 15 minutes
  8. Now knead again the dough n make a big chapati with rolling pin
  9. Cut the round shape puris with a katori
  10. Heat oil ,put the puris in hot oil . After turning puris fry them on low flame from both the sides
  11. Serv it with bharata .Add corriander and fried garlic buds on bharta.
