Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread 8 pieces
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil to fry
  4. Ingredients for filling
  5. Sattu 1/2 cup
  6. Salt, green chillies, red chilly powder to taste
  7. Juice of one lemon
  8. Mustard oil...1 tea spoon or less
  9. Achar masala 1 tea spoon (optional)
  10. Garam masala 1/4 tea spoon
  11. Coriander powder 1/4 tea spoon
  12. Few drops of water

Instructions

  1. Mix everything of stuffing in a bowl and stuffing is reàdy
  2. Dip one bread piece in salted water, squeeze extra water and add spoonful of this stuffing. Gather all sides and make a roll
  3. Heat oil and fry bread roll in hot oil from all sides.
  4. Serve with sadabahar tomato sauce
