Bread rolls with sattu filling

Ingredients to make Bread rolls with sattu filling

  • Bread 8 pieces
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • Ingredients for filling
  • Sattu 1/2 cup
  • salt, green chillies, red chilly powder to taste
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Mustard oil...1 tea spoon or less
  • Achar masala 1 tea spoon (optional)
  • Garam masala 1/4 tea spoon
  • Coriander powder 1/4 tea spoon
  • Few drops of water

How to make Bread rolls with sattu filling

  1. Mix everything of stuffing in a bowl and stuffing is reàdy
  2. Dip one bread piece in salted water, squeeze extra water and add spoonful of this stuffing. Gather all sides and make a roll
  3. Heat oil and fry bread roll in hot oil from all sides.
  4. Serve with sadabahar tomato sauce

My Tip:

You may add some boiled and mashed potatoes in this stuffing
