Method for marinate the tikka's Add all the ingredients except paneer in a bowl and beat them.
add paneer pieces and mix it well with hands
leave it for one hour in a cool place
grill or bake for 8 to 10 minutes or you can roasted it on tawa
and put that tikka's in butter masala
Method for butter Masala 1Prepare all the ingredients
add butter in a kadai
melt the butter and add tomato puree give it a good boil
cover and cook till oil separates
now add tomato sauce sugar and Garam Masala
at the time of serving if the gravy is too thick add little water and heat it
Add the tikka's and kasuri methi
taste and balance it with salt and red chilli powder
lastly add chilled cream and serve hot with butter naan
