Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ingredients for marination :: Thick hung curd -1/2 cup
  2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  3. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  4. Green Chilli chopped 1
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Javitri powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Jaifal powder 2 pinches
  9. Orange red food color 2 pinches
  10. Paneer 1/2 kg
  11. Ingredients for butter masala :::Red tomatoes pureed 4
  12. Tomato Sauce 2 tbsp
  13. Sugar 1 tsp
  14. Butter 4 tbsp
  15. Kasuri Methi 2 tsp
  16. Fresh cream or malai 100 gms
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Degi mirch according to taste
  19. Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Method for marinate the tikka's Add all the ingredients except paneer in a bowl and beat them.
  2. add paneer pieces and mix it well with hands
  3. leave it for one hour in a cool place
  4. grill or bake for 8 to 10 minutes or you can roasted it on tawa
  5. and put that tikka's in butter masala
  6. Method for butter Masala 1Prepare all the ingredients
  7. add butter in a kadai
  8. melt the butter and add tomato puree give it a good boil
  9. cover and cook till oil separates
  10. now add tomato sauce sugar and Garam Masala
  11. at the time of serving if the gravy is too thick add little water and heat it
  12. Add the tikka's and kasuri methi
  13. taste and balance it with salt and red chilli powder
  14. lastly add chilled cream and serve hot with butter naan
