Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya granules.....1 cup
  2. Peas...1/2 cup
  3. Tomato ..2
  4. Green chilles and salt to taste
  5. Ginger 1" piece
  6. Turmeric powder...1/4 tea spoon
  7. Cumin seeds...1/2 tea spoon
  8. Ghee or oil....1 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak granules in salted hot water for some time
  2. Squeeze out extra water and keep aside
  3. Heat oil or ghee whatever using in a cooker and add ginger, green chillies and cumin seeds and cook for a while
  4. Make puree of tomatoes and add
  5. Also add all the masalas, granules and peas and about a ladle full of water and cook to 2 or 3 whistles
  6. Open the cooker and saute the soya sabji till all water dries
  7. Enjoy
