Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 big size pabda fish
  2. 1tsp kolonji
  3. 2greenchillies
  4. 1/2chopped onion
  5. 1/3 chopped tomatoes
  6. 1tsp gingergarlic paste
  7. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  8. Mustard paste 1tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Coriander leaves chopped


  1. Deep fry the fish and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add kolonji and green chillies.
  3. Now add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes , turmeric and salt.
  5. Add mustard paste and some water and let it boil.
  6. Add fish now.cover the lid and cook it for sometimes.
  7. Lastly add chopper coriander leaves and serve it with hotsteamed rice.
