Ingredients to make Pabda holud chorchori

  • pabda fish 250 gms
  • mustard oil
  • nigella seeds 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • green chillies slit

How to make Pabda holud chorchori

  1. Heat oil in pan. drop nigella seeds. in few seconds. slip the fish. fry on one side. turn to another side. fry for some time.
  2. add the turmeric chilli and salt paste mix well.
  3. cover and cook for some time. add the green chillies. mix well.
  4. add few drops of water. mix well.
  5. serve hot
