Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer ..150 grams
  2. Khoya....100 grams
  3. Curd....100 grams
  4. Fresh malai....1/2 cup
  5. All purpose flour...4 tea spoon
  6. Poppy seeds paste...4 tea spoon
  7. Ginger paste....1 tea spoon
  8. Tomato puree of 3 tomatoes
  9. Coriander powder....1 tea spoon
  10. Garam masala powder...1 tea spoon
  11. Red chilli powder...1/2 tea spoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Kishmish....few
  14. Oil to fry


  1. Knead paneer with your palms, add all purpose flour and mix 1/4 tea spoon salt.
  2. Dry roast khoya in a woke, mix salt, garam masala and kishmish
  3. Now take from paneer dough, keep khoya mix in the middle and gather all the sides and make koftas
  4. Fry in hot oil on medium flame
  5. For gravy In a woke add ghee or oil add ginger paste, poppy seeds paste, tomatoes, curd, salt and all the masalas
  6. Saute till it leaves the sides of the woke
  7. Now add 2 glasses of water, not let it boil, gravy is ready
  8. Add koftas only at the time of serving
  9. Garnish with paneer and serve
