Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kofta
  2. Boiled potatoes 2 medium size
  3. Paneer 100gm
  4. Chopped green chilli 1
  5. Chopped Ginger 1 inch
  6. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt according to your taste
  8. Jeera powder 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Rice Flour 2 tablespoons
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For gravy
  12. Roughly cut onions 2
  13. Roughly cut tomatoes 2
  14. Cloves 2 to 3
  15. black pepper 2 to 3
  16. Cashew 4 to 5
  17. Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
  18. Red chilli powder 2 teaspoon
  19. Gram masala 1 teaspoon
  20. Kasturi Methi 1 teaspoon
  21. Salt according to your taste
  22. Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  23. Oil 2 tablespoons


  1. For kofta Mix all the kofta ingredients very well and make small lemon size ball and fry till golden brown. Keep a side.
  2. For gravy Take a pan and switch on the flame and 1 tablespoons oil, once oil heats up add cloves and black pepper saute for a minute.
  3. Add cashew and roughly cut onions, continue saute for 2 to 3 minutes or until onions turn light golden.
  4. Then add tomatoes cook until they turn soft.
  5. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
  6. Once gravy cool down. Add it into a blender and make a smooth paste.
  7. Switch on the flame add oil and onion and tomatoes paste and cook for 2 minutes add fresh cream, Kasturi methi and gram masala and mix well.
  8. At last add kofta balls into the gravy.
