Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover boiled rice 2 cup
  2. onion chopped 1 no
  3. Capsicum chopped 1 no
  4. medium size tomato chopped 1 no
  5. Boiled peas 1 tabelspoon
  6. Oil 1 tablespoon
  7. Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  8. turmeric 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam Masala 1/2 teaspoons
  10. salt to taste
  11. Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  12. mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon
  13. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  14. Dry read chilly 2 no

Instructions

  1. Hit oil in pan .Add mudsterd seed(rai), cumin seeds(kera) .
  2. When it cracked add dry read chillies and Asafoetida(hing)
  3. Add onion fry until onion turns transparent.
  4. Add tomatoes,boiled peas and capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with raita and papad.
