Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 chapati/roti
  2. 1 cup paneer
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli pwdr
  6. 1/4 tsp pepper pwdr
  7. Handful of corriander leaves
  8. Maida for paste
  9. Tomato sauce & sev for garnishing


  1. In a bowl add crumbled paneer, chaat masala, chilly powder, salt, pepper & corriander & mix all well. Make maida paste to stick the corners
  2. Cut roti into half. After cutting if the layer of roti is open seal with maida.
  3. Roll the roti into cone & while giving it shape apply maida paste so it seals well. Make cones & keep them for 5 minutes so they stick well & dry.
  4. Now add paneer filling. If you baking then bake them at 160° for 7-10 minutes.
  5. If you frying then after filling you will make a thick maida paste & roll the cone from filling side into the maida paste & then fry so filling does not come out
  6. After baking/frying you will roll the top of cone into tomato sauce & then sev. Serve it to kids or adults & enjoy.
