Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup left over poha
  2. 2boil potatoes
  3. 6bread slices
  4. 2spoon chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1/2spoon chopped green chilly (optional)
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1/4spoon red chilly powder
  8. 1/2spoon dry mango powder
  9. 1/2spoon roasted cumin powder
  10. Oil for frying


  1. Take a bowl add poha , boil potato , and all spices and mix well
  2. Make a dough
  3. Make small balls from poha dough
  4. Remove edges of bread
  5. Take a bread slice dip into water for 1second and squeeze with palm
  6. Now take a poha ball and roll with bread and make roll
  7. Take a pan add oil heat it now fry all bread poha roll till golden brown
  8. Serve hot with ketchup or masala tea
