Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sesame oil 3 tablespoon
  2. Leftover coconut chutney
  3. Mustard seeds half tablespoon
  4. Fenugreek 1/4 tablespoon
  5. curry leaves
  6. Salt
  7. Chili powder one tablespoon
  8. Coriander powder to tablespoon
  9. Leftover vegetables brinjal drumstick potato or any vegetables
  10. Tamarind extract 5 tablespoon
  11. Asafoetida pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds fenugreek curry leaves and chopped leftover vegetables
  2. Here I use leftover vegetables brinjal drumsticks and potato
  3. And fry it for two minutes
  4. Add salt chilli powder coriander powder tamarind extract and mix well
  5. Add required water and cook for 15 minutes on low flame
  6. Had leftover coconut chutney and mix well and switch off the flame
  7. Add Asafoetida and mix well
