Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lowfat milk 1 litre.
  2. Basmati rice 1/2cup.
  3. Sugar 1/2cup.
  4. Chopped dry fruit 1/2cup.
  5. Kewra water 1teaspoon.
  6. Green caremom powder 1tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak rice for 30 inutes.drain and grind to a smooth paste.keep aside.
  2. Boil milk in a pan .make a smooth paste of rice and afd to milk .stir continuously to prevent lumps.keep stirring on low flame till milk starts to be thick..
  3. Add sugar ,stir till sugar dissolves .add dry fruits.
  4. Renove from fire .add kewra water .dish out in small ball to serve.
