I was not in a mood to have that aloo gobi again so did this little makeover with the leftover sabji. I made a delicious tikki of it within few minutes .It's very easy to prepare.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For 2 tikkies Leftover aloo gobi curry roughly 1 small bowl
  2. Boiled potato 1 small size (optional)
  3. Roasted peanuts 1 teaspoon (8-10)
  4. Besan or gram flour or Sattu(Roasted gram flour)2 teaspoon
  5. Chopped cilli as you like
  6. Chopped coriander leave 1 table spoon
  7. Salt as required
  8. Chat mashala 1 teaspoon
  9. Oil 2 teaspoon


  1. In a mixing bowl take all ingredients except oil and mix
  2. Mash properly boil potato and curry. I didn't mix any other spices because it already cooked.
  3. Now make 2 equal balls and give them round patty shape.
  4. Heat 2 teaspoon oil in a tawa.
  5. Fry both sides on low flame
  6. Serve hot with chopped onion and sprinkle little chat mashala.
