Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup cooked leftover dry moong Dal
  2. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  3. 1/4 cup gram flour
  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  5. 1 tablespoon green chili paste
  6. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
  8. 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add moong Dal , wheat flour, gram flour, onion, green chili paste, cumin powder, carom seeds, coriander leaves, salt and mix them well .
  2. Then add some oil and make stiff dough.set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into equal balls.roll (spread)evenly on a plastic sheet.
  4. Heat some oil in non sticks pan then place a dhapate(rolled ball) on the pan and shallow fry it from both side on medium flame till golden.
  5. serve hot with pickle, yogurt and green chili thecha .
