Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Flax seed 1cup.
  2. Green chillies 4.
  3. Sliced onion 1.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Whole wheat flour 2cups.

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough of wheat flour.keep aside.
  2. Dry roast flax seed on low flame .when starts crackle,remove from stove.
  3. Dry grind flaxseeds for 1/2minute.add sliced pnion and green chillies.grind again to smooth texture.
  4. Divide dough into 6parts,also divide flaxseed into 6parts.
  5. Make balls of wheat flour ,fill each with flaxseed mixture.roll into patathe.
  6. Cook on medium flame on a tawa.
  7. Cook on low flame till cooked well .serve with raita.
