Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cups wheat flour
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 tbsp garammasala
  4. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tbsp dry mango powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tbsp tuermaric Powder
  8. 2 cups chopped Spinach
  9. 1 onion chopped
  10. Green chilli
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. 2 tbsp ghee
  13. Masala dry roaste and grind Coasly.....
  14. 1 cup flax seeds
  15. 1 tbsp whole corinadar
  16. 1 tbsp blackpeepe corn
  17. 3 whole redchlii
  18. 1 tbsp funnel seeds
  19. 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  20. 2 long
  21. Water

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl take wheat flour add chopped spinach , green chilli, chopped onion, curd and corinadar leaves and mix well
  2. Add all dry ingredients and dry roasted and Coasly grand masala and mix well
  3. Knead soft dough with the help of water
  4. Take small portion of ready dough and make paratha
  5. Heat tawa and roast paratha
  6. Put Little ghee on ready paratha and serve hot enjoy
