Black chana cutlets....made from left over balck chana

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black chana....2 cups
  2. Boiled and mashed potatoes...1 cup
  3. Bread pieces...4 or as required
  4. Jeera or ajwain.....1/4 tea spoon
  5. Chana masala....1/4 tea spoon
  6. Amchoor powder....1/4 tea spoon
  7. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Put chana in a seive so that all gravy is strained
  2. Make a coarse or fine paste of these strained chanas
  3. Now mix everything except oil and make a dough
  4. Make cutlets in desired shape
  5. Fry in hot oil on medium flame
  6. Serve with sauce or green chutney
