About Idli Bombs Recipe

Give your leftover idli a delicious makeover. Not only kids but adults will love it too

Idli Bombs

Ingredients to make Idli Bombs

  • 4 idli
  • 1 potato
  • 1/4 cup carrot
  • 1/4 cup beetroot
  • 1 green chilly
  • Corriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp red chilly pwdr
  • salt as required
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to make Idli Bombs

  1. In a dish crumble idli's. Add grated carrot, beetroot, boiled potatoes, chopped green chillies & corriander leaves.
  2. Add salt, red chilly pwdr & 2 tbsp oil. Mix all well. Give any shape & shallow fry. Serve hot with chutney/ sauce.

My Tip:

If your idlis are breaking add 1 tsp rice flour
