Mushroom chicken bake

Ingredients to make Mushroom chicken bake

  • chicken 250gms /3-4 fleshy pieces
  • 250gms mushroom
  • 1tspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1cup chopped carrot capsicum
  • Wakefield pasta sauce white or make your white sauce
  • 1tsp Cheese spread
  • Salt pepper oregano 1/2 tspn each
  • Basil leaves few
  • 2tsp butter
  • 1tblspn Corn flour
  • 2cups Milk

How to make Mushroom chicken bake

  1. Boil chicken with ginger, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Clean and chop mushroom.
  3. Chop carrot and capsicum squares.
  4. Cool and shred chicken.
  5. Make white sauce with corn flour milk and butter a soft mix add herbs of choice as preferred.
  6. Or use wakefield white pasta sauce
  7. Now take a pan heat little butter put mushrooms chicken and veggies to saute with salt pepoer to taste cover cook fr 5min.
  8. Now add all this into the sauce mix well n blend in 1tspcheese spread add the basil leaves simmer 2 minutes and put off flame.
  9. Pour this in baking dish and bake on 180 degrees 10 min.
  10. Serve hot garnish with firm sliced tomatoes.

My Tip:

Use wheat pasta if consious or maida is tough on you. Weikfield white sauce is great If you don't have time to bake put contents in a compact non stick pan greased, cover cook on slow after all ingredients put together for ten min baking effect seen.
