This is very delicious and healthy dish that combines the italian combination of mushroom and corn . It tastes great with french fries and garlic bread.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Knorr mushroom soup 1 packet
  2. Spring onion sliced 1/2 cup
  3. Minced garlic 1tbsp
  4. Mushroom 1packet
  5. Chopped & boiled spinach 1/2 cup
  6. Shreaded chicken 2cup
  7. American corn 1 cup
  8. Grated paneer 1/2 cup
  9. Grated cheese 1 cup
  10. Italian herbs 1tsp
  11. Boiled grated potato 1 big
  12. Vinegar 1tbsp
  13. Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  14. Chilli sauce 1tbsp
  15. Milk 500ml + more if required
  16. Butter 1tbsp
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  19. Serve with french fries .


  1. Bring water to boil for the spinach. When it comes to boil add in a tsp salt and washed spinach. Boil about 5 mins .
  2. Drain the water.And place the spinach under tap running water. This helps to save the colour of spinach. Dissolve the knorr packet in half quantity of milk. Heat the butter . Fry the corns , add garlic and spinach , saute for 5 mins till cooked. Slowly Add in the milk with mushroom soup keep stirring for 2mins. Add chopped mushroom , grated potato, shredded chicken,with all the sauces and seasonings. Add onion and cheese along with remaining milk and adjust the consistency. It should be like thick cream. If needed add little more milk or cornflour to adjust Empty in wide baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 200C for 10 mins. Serve the bake with fries or garlic bread.
