Mutter mushroom in green coriander gravy

Hariyali mutter mushroom

Ingredients to make Hariyali mutter mushroom

  • Button mushroom 200gm
  • 2 onion sliced.
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 stick cinamon
  • 4 to5 peppercorn
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • curd 2 tbsp.
  • salt to Taste

How to make Hariyali mutter mushroom

  1. Boil sliced onion, drain and grind the boiled onions with coriander leaves into smooth paste
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add cumin, clives, cinnamon and peppercorns. Add the onion coriander paste. Saute well for 2 min
  3. Add the mushrooms mix well. Coat with masala. Add turmeric powder; chilli powder and coriander powder.
  4. Mix well. Cook for 3 to 4 min. Add salt and mix well.
  5. Add 2 tbsp curd and 1/2 cup water. Mix well. Cover and cook for 5 min.
  6. Add garam masala and fresh cream mix well. Cook till desired consistency.
  7. Serve hot
