This recipe is one of my faviourate in winters. My grandma cooked this for us and give with hot chapatis:yum:

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peas 2 cups
  2. Mushroom 2 cups chopped
  3. Ginger 2 tablespoon crushed
  4. Garlic 3 tablespoon crushed
  5. Oil 4 tablespoon
  6. Onions 1 cup chopped
  7. Tomato 2 cups roughly chopped
  8. Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
  9. Curd 2 tablespoon
  10. Haldi powder 1 tablespoon
  11. Salt 2 tablespoon
  12. Garam masala 1 tablespoon
  13. Dhaniya powder 1 tablespoon
  14. Coriander 2 tablespoon chopped
  15. Laal mirch powder 1 tablespoon
  16. Water 4 cups

Instructions

  1. 1 tablespoon cumin seeda and wait it to crackel
  2. Now add chopped onions and saute it for 5 minutes when it starts to change its colour then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 1 minute.
  3. Now add tomatoes and salt and cook it till it becomes softer
  4. Now when the tomatoes started being soft then cool it and make its paste.
  5. Now in that same kadhai add 1 tablespoon oil and add haldi powder, laal mirch powder, salt, garam masala, dhaniya powder, and mix all well.
  6. Now add tomato onion tomato paste and saute it well. Add curd at this time.
  7. Now when you see the paste has started leaving oil then add peas into it and add 4 cups water.
  8. When you see the peas it boiled or cooked properly add mushroom into it and cook for some.more minutes..
  9. Now sprinkle chopped coriander and serve.
