Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Left over pongal - 1cup
  2. Rice flour - 1/2cup
  3. Chopped onions - one hand
  4. Green chillies - 1
  5. Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
  6. Chopped curry leaves - 1tsp
  7. Salt - as required
  8. Oil - to fry

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add left over pongal,onions,corainder leaves, curry leaves, salt and mix well.
  2. Then add rice flour and mix it to get a dough like vada batter...
  3. Heat the oil.. take the batter and shape it to round shape and make a hole in the center of it... put the vada in the hot oil.. flip it botnlh sides and severe hot!!
